Drink lot of water atleast 5 litres per day. 3/4 th of your daily intake should be fruits. very little carbohydrates, lot of vegetables with less salt and no oil and no spices of course. If you maintain like this your health problems will be nullified. May be u may live a hundred years.

For body exercise the elderly need yoga and walking and the youth need gymnasium and also walking exercise. And both need to take nutritious food regularly on time. Personal hygiene is equally important. Keep the environs clean, plant and grow trees and green vegetation, avoid wasting water, use electricity carefully. Avoid plastics to the extent possible. And if things like this become part of our routine, we will contribute to our personal health whereby the nation becomes healthy. M Prabhakara Rao

All the above are correct, every one need to take some time for the above things but some people think that they can't do all these things in their daily due to their works but it is not correct, if we have an interest, then we can dot it. Just believe " Our Health is Our Wealth". @Kusuma

My 2yrs old kid is not allowing me to keep up with any of the healthy habits :( Blaming apart...As a responsible mother I should be atleast form now start getting healthy with timely and include fresh fruits, greens and curds in mine and my kid's diet!

Now a days, a common problem for every person is having a good health because every person is suffering with some health problem. i felt this all happens for only about the food that we taking. we don't have healthy food and also natural food in present days due to everything is polluted. So that it is very important to take food in intime with the precautions given by doctors. "Our Health is in our hands only".

Yoga: Can be learnt and then practiced at home. Can be continued for a life. Nutritious Food: Can always be taken at home. Timely Food Intake: Can be accomplished with little discipline. Gym: Can be learnt for sometime but cannot be continued always....
