Job Description

We are looking for Product Support Engineers with good communication skills to work with our Company in night shifts.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Willing to work on 24/7 shifts.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Knowledge in SQL.
• Experience in IT Service Desk and/or Call center is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Serving as a first point of contact for customers over phone/email.
• Manage all emails and inbound/outbound calls of the clients and provide required information/assistance.
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
• Provide stats for the weekly Service Desk report and on call trends.
• Prepare Step by step documentation when logging product issues. This document must consist all details, including the observations, diagnoses, and action steps.
• Identify root causes of technical issues in production and out of box failures.
